The sprint is about the process as much as the outcome. Start with an idea or a work in progress, then use the 30 days to build and share what you learn.
The Spotlight focuses on original work and the story behind it. The Sprint is a 30-day challenge focused on showing up consistently and sharing your progress. Full participation guidelines will be shared before the sprint begins.
The Spotlight rewards creativity, engagement, and originality. Its $1,000 cash prize pool will be shared among three winners: $500 for first place, $300 for second, and $200 for third. The Sprint awards the same cash amounts to the top three participants on the leaderboard after 30 days, ranked by consistency. It also offers hiring and job opportunities worth up to $3,000, based on competency demonstrated on the platform during the challenge. Detailed leaderboard scoring rules, available roles, eligibility requirements, and gift prize details will be published before applications open.
